One 150 HP containerized mobile boiler room complete with a Burnham Commercial 3P-150-50-CIB Low NOx steam boiler. This system is natural gas or No. 2 oil fired and includes a fully modulating CIB Unigas EX150X dual-fuel burner with Siemens LMV5.1 controls. It is engineered for safe, efficient operation with a complete gas and oil train, second low water cutoff, flame safeguard system, pressure controls, blowdown equipment, and relief protection.

This mobile boiler room is fully pre-piped, pre-wired, and enclosed for rapid deployment and continuous heavy-duty operation.

This System Also Includes:

• One Dearator system – Industrial Steam
• Two primary feedwater pumps – Grundfos
• Chemical feed system with pump, day tank, mixer, makeup meter, and controls
• Twin-canister makeup water softener with brine tank and controls
• Surface blowdown controller with sensor and motorized ball valve
• Siemens modulating feedwater valve with controller
• Blowdown flash tank
• Electrical switchgear
• Main steam stop valve with DFT to supply manifold
• Operator’s manual

Connection Sizes:

• Main steam outlet: 4″ 150# flanged
• Natural gas: 2″ NPT (max inlet pressure 6 PSIG)
• Feedwater: 1″ MPT
• Blowdown separator drain: 4″, must be full flow
• System drain: 2″, full flow required
• Oil is pre-piped; external fuel tank not supplied

Fuel Requirements:

• Natural gas consumption: 6,300 SCFH
• No. 2 fuel oil: 46 GPH

Voltage and Amperage Requirements:

• 480 volts, 100-amp service, 3-phase
• 115-volt single-phase transformer included
