Introducing the versatile 2,000 MBTU Thermal Solutions AMPW-1000L hot water heating system, a portable powerhouse designed for efficiency. It comes with two AMPW-1000L hot water heaters, offering natural gas or propane firing options, and operates at a maximum pressure of 150 psi. This system can produce hot water at temperatures up to 180°F and deliver up to 2,000 GPH at temperatures ranging from 60 to 160°F. With essential features included, like a gas train, low water cut-off, pressure controls, and more, it’s a complete solution pre-piped and enclosed in an 8.5″ x 16′ trailer for your convenience.
2000 MBTU Hot Water Heating System
One 2,000 MBTU mobile potable hot water heating plant complete with two (2) AMPW-1000L hot water heaters, combination natural gas or propane fired, design pressure 150 psi, capable of producing hot water heat up to 180 degrees F. System will make up to 2000 GPH hot water 60 to 160 degrees F. The boiler system comes complete with gas train, low water cut-off, pressure controls, flame safeguard control, relief valves, flow switch, expansion tank and control automation.

- Two (2) Boiler Circulator Pumps, Grundfos Magna 1-50-150-FN Stainless Steel; 100 GPM Max
- Electrical switch gear
- One (1) operator’s manual
- The unit is prepiped and totally enclosed in a 8.5” x 16’ trailer

- Hot Water Inlet/outlet – 3″, 150# flanged
- Natural gas connection -1-1/2″, MNPT
- Maximum inlet pressure to gas regulator – 4”-14” w.c.
- Propane conversion change parts included Propane tank to be provided by others.

- Natural gas consumption 952 SCFH
