2000 MBTU Hot Water Heating System – H2O Max
This 2,000 MBTU mobile hot water heating system is a high-capacity, skid-mounted solution designed for large-volume potable hot water production. Built around dual Thermal Solutions AMP-1000L boilers and integrated H2O Max indirect water heaters, the system delivers reliable performance up to 180°F and produces up to 1,600 GPH of hot water for demanding commercial and industrial applications.
2000 MBTU Hot Water Heating System – H2O Max
One 2,000 MBTU mobile potable hot water heating skid system complete with two AMP-1000L hot water heaters. The system is natural gas or propane fired, rated for 150 psi design pressure, and includes full safety and automation controls. Integrated H2O Max indirect water heaters and a hot water mixing valve provide precise temperature control and dependable delivery.
The system is pre-piped on five interconnecting skids, forming a compact 5′ × 12.5′ boiler system that is ready for rapid deployment.

- (2) Thermal Solutions AMP-1000L hot water boilers
- (2) Boiler circulator pumps, Grundfos Magna1-50-150-FN (stainless steel, 100 GPM max)
- (2) Thermal Solutions H2O Max H-48 indirect hot water heaters with Caleffi mixing valve

- Operator’s manual
- Five interconnecting pre-piped skids forming a single integrated system
- Propane conversion parts
Connection Sizes:
- Hot water inlet/outlet: 1.5″ FNPT flanged
- Natural gas: 1″ MNPT
- Maximum inlet pressure to gas regulator: 4″–14″ w.c.
Fuel Requirements:
- Natural gas consumption: 2,000 SCFH
Voltage and Amperage Requirements:
- 240 volts, 30 amp service, single phase
