250 HP Mobile Boiler Room
One (1) 250 horsepower, mobile boiler room complete with one (1) 250 horsepower Burnham Commercial boiler, combination natural gas or No. 2 fuel oil fired, design pressure 300 psi, capable of producing 8,625 lbs. of steam per hour from and at 212 Degrees F.
The boiler comes complete fully modulating Limpsfield Burner with gas train, oil train, No. 2 fuel oil pump, second low water cut off, pressure controls, flame safeguard control, relief valves, feedwater valves, blowdown valves. 6:1 Turndown NG, 3:1 Turndown No. 2 Oil.
This Rental Also includes:
- One (1) Bryan Steam Deaerator Feedwater system
- Two (2) feedwater pumps
- One (1) chemical pump, day tank and mixer
- One (1) blowdown system
- Electrical switch gear
- One (1) propane hose and regulator for pilot connection, if oil fired
- One (1) steam code-welded spool piece with bleed valve
- One (1) main steam stop valve
- One (1) operator’s manual
- The unit is prepiped and totally enclosed in a 53′ trailer

- No. 2 fuel oil 75 GPH
- Main steam outlet – 4″, 300# flanged
- Natural gas connection – 2-1/2″, 150# flanged
- Maximum inlet pressure to gas regulator – 10 PSIG
- Oil connections – prepiped
- Feedwater – 1-1/2″ MPT (required inlet pressure: min: 60 psi, max: 100 psi, 18 GPM)
- Propane tank connection size, if oil fired, 3/8″ flared—propane tank to be provided by others.
Fuel Requirements:
- Natural gas consumption 10,468 SCFH
Voltage and amperage requirements:
- 480 volts, 60-amp service, 3 phase
