Meet the Thermal Solutions 4000 MBTU Hot Water Heating System. This versatile, portable heating solution is anchored by the AMP-4000 hot water heater, capable of delivering up to 4,000 MBTU of hot water at temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Whether fueled by natural gas or propane, this system can produce up to 4,000 gallons of hot water per hour, ranging from 60 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Housed in an 8.5″ x 16′ trailer, it comes fully equipped with all the essential components, including a gas train, low water cut-off, pressure controls, flame safeguard control, and more. With its compatibility for both natural gas and propane, this system ensures reliable and efficient performance for various applications.
4000 MBTU Hot Water Heating System
One 4,000 MBTU mobile potable hot water heating plant complete with one (1) AMPW-4000 hot water heater, combination natural gas or propane fired, design pressure 150 psi, capable of producing hot water heat up to 180 degrees F. System will make up to 4000 GPH hot water 60 to 160 degrees F. The boiler system comes complete with gas train, low water cut-off, pressure controls, flame safeguard control, relief valves, flow switch, expansion tank and control automation.

- One (1) Boiler Circulation Pump, Grundfos CRNE-64-1-1 Stainless Steel; 400 GPM at 35 FT/ HD
- Electrical switch gear
- One (1) operator’s manual
- The unit is prepiped and totally enclosed in a 8.5” x 16’ trailer
