Overview

The Burnham Commercial 3P-60-50-LF is a 60 horsepower low-NOx steam boiler housed in a 20-ft containerized mobile boiler room. The package is designed for facilities that require clean steam with tight emissions targets, and for sites that need a complete feedwater and chemical treatment system delivered as one turnkey asset.

NOx emissions on natural gas stay below 30 ppm at <3% O2 across 25% to 100% MCR, making this unit a strong fit for projects in air quality districts with stringent emissions permits. The Limpsfield LP2/880 dual-fuel burner with Auto Flame controls and full UL Package Certification with CSD-1 compliance add institutional-grade credibility for healthcare, university, and municipal applications.
